As is evident in other Midtown House releases, Nightdrive’s “Summer Sunsets” EP, the label’s fourth official release, creates a palpable, metropolitan, story-like feeling of motion. The St. Petersburg-based producer offers up a five track, interpretive story rich with unique sound elements that showcase Nightdrive’s production aptitude. Each track provides a different road to travel on. Voluminous moods are drawn through the ornate production quality, all while maintaining a constant track of movement. This is the Russian producer’s first release on Midtown House, joining one of the fastest-growing electronic labels currently operating out of Manhattan.
